What Do You Get with Healthy Hearts Sussex?

When you sign up with Healthy Hearts Sussex, we will pair you with a trained volunteer for your free, personal, one to one health coaching.

Our volunteers are trained to provide health and wellbeing coaching. They can help you choose the changes you wish to make, help you set simple, realistic goals and track your progress with you.

Typically, you will meet with your volunteer once per month for six months. Or more often if you prefer. These meetings will usually take place over Zoom, but they could happen over the phone and even face-to-face, depending on what works for both of you. Sessions are usually an hour long.

Can I Change My Mind?

Absolutely! We think you will love the coaching but if it’s not for you, you can stop at any time. The whole thing is completely free, and there are no obligations at all on your part.

Who’s Behind It?

Healthy Hearts Sussex is funded by the NHS Sussex Health & Care Partnership. It is run by Wellsbourne Healthcare CIC, the local GP surgery in East Brighton, on behalf of all the GP surgeries in Brighton & Hove, in partnership with the Brighton & Sussex Medical School.
