Register for Online Services

We now have an online module available to all our registered patients allowing you to book and cancel appointments and order repeat prescription items online.

Read the instructions below first, then, once you have been issued with a user ID and PIN click here to access the modules.

Registering for the Online

The registration is simple – but for security we will need you to come into the Practice with some proof of ID before we give you a PIN and access ID. Acceptable ID is a photo driving licence or a passport. Access is for patients over the age of 16.

Online access not only saves time and money for the surgery, but also allows reception staff to focus on other key areas and provide a better service to patients.

You can download the and complete the form and bring this with you.

Abuse of the Online System

Abuse of the system includes, but is not exclusive to the following:

  • Sending needless or abusive messages to the Practice
  • Repeatedly booking and cancelling appointments
  • Repeatedly booking appointments over a short period of time
  • Booking appointments and not attending them
  • Any offensive or abusive messages through the service
  • Requesting prescriptions that you do not need.

Proxy access

If you are the parent of any children under the age of 12 you will need to fill in a ‘proxy’ access form to view their details. You can also grant access to a carer if you wish.
